First rides and new friends

Ok, that’s it! I have a stable carrier, I paid most of my mortgage, I’m freaking 44, time to have fun!!!
I took some lessons, passed my test, and bought some gears and a H-D Street bob! Is it the best bike to begin with? No, but it is the coolest!

I bought that bike in May 2022 it’s a 300 kg bike. Not feeling that I am on top of things and to tell the truth, new to the “not safe” thing, I decided to only go to work (~8 km round trip) with it for a while. After 4-5 days, still not feeling in control, I wrote a post on some Facebook bikers group asking for help. Things like, should I take an advanced course? Get private / groups lessons? Etc… I got at least 50 different answers.
There was that guy, that one guy, that didn’t answer my post but sent me a private message. Here it is:

He invited me to some place to get some riding tips. I remember showing this to my wife and telling her that I need to go there. Look at the picture! Who are those guys? Might be fun…
So I went to the clubhouse (not knowing what a clubhouse is and neither a MC) to meet Niro. We had 1 hour chat, Niro asked many questions about my riding and invited me to join them the next day to go to the beach in Atlit promising to me ride slowly because I was a bit nervous.
The next day I met the guys and we rode to the beach. We sat, drank a little bit and talked about everything and nothing. They were nice and made me feel comfortable with them. Later on, Niro had to go and his friends invited me to have some humus on the way back.
I went back home after a very full day and with a lot on my mind. I had on that day some big achievements ( longest ride for that time, also I rode in formation for the most of the day, and felt more confident that I was before the trip on that same morning). More important than that I had some strangers that open their door for me in a very natural, nice and simple way.
Few days later, I had a call: Wanna come ride with us? Hell yeah!
I am riding with the foxes for about 3-4 months, having a blast with them, wanting more and more every week. I haven’t only found guys to ride with, but also good and caring friends. They are open hearted, open minded and, not less important, always ready for a good laugh.
Oh, and by the way, I made Support!

Thank you Niro for introducing me to the club, thank you Friedman for making sure I am coming and taking care of me, and many many thanks to everyone else to giving me your friendship. You’re the best!
